Bob and Neil once again participated in the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Estate and Financial Planning Symposium on May 14, 2005.  Bob presented on the topic of Decoupling of Federal and New York State Estate Taxes and Neil lead the session relating to Tax planning for Family Limited Partnerships.
