NEIL D. KATZ

Managing Partner at Katz, Bernstein & Katz, LLP.  A respected member of the legal profession, he is responsible for the administration of the firm's overall practice.  In addition, he serves as KBK's lead attorney for all federal tax matters, corporate planning and various business sales and acquisitions.  He also lends his assistance in many sophisticated estate planning matters.

EDWIN A. BERNSTEIN

Of counsel at Katz, Bernstein & Katz, LLP.  Well respected for his broad knowledge of taxation, he is responsible for a range of New York State income and sales tax matters, including negotiations at the audit, conciliation and trial levels.  Additionally, his involvement extends to a variety of real estate matters such as commercial and residential purchases and sales, lease real estate financing and syndications.  Federal litigation, preparation and trial work are also among his responsibilities at KBK.
